Also this year our lecture on “Enterprise Service Management: Business Models Design and Implementation” took place at the Faculty of Computer Science & Mathematics in Munich from January 17 – 25, 2019.
During the block course, the students were able to get to know the different areas of service models such as the basics of Enterprise Service Management (ESM), Service Integration and Management (SIAM) and Customer Service Management (CSM) and gained an insight into their company-wide use on the basis of various practical examples. Once again this year, our managing director Lukas Fof received energetic support for the lecture from our colleagues Stefan Gabauer and Eva Spindler.
On the last day, the block course officially ended with a short presentation of the students’ seminar papers, and afterwards we invited the students to our office and had some pizza together.
At this point, we would again like to thank the Munich University of Applied Sciences for the opportunity to hold the course and all participating students for their interest and active participation in our lecture.
We are already looking forward to the upcoming winter semester 2019/2020, in which we would like to continue our cooperation with the Munich University of Applied Sciences as successfully as ever.
